The service
India to Offshore & London is a searchable talent database. Candidates publish professional profiles; verified organisations ("clients") search them. We are not a recruitment agency, do not guarantee interviews or job offers, and are not party to any employment arrangement.
Candidates
- You must give accurate, up-to-date information and only upload a CV that is yours.
- By publishing your profile you consent to verified clients viewing your profile and, if you allow it, viewing and downloading your CV and contacting you about opportunities.
- Visibility requires a subscription (₹999 per month), renewing automatically until cancelled. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you stay visible until then. Payments already made are not refunded except where required by law.
- You can unpublish, hide your CV, delete your CV or delete your account at any time.
Clients
- Access to candidate data is granted only after we verify your organisation.
- You may use candidate data only to assess and contact candidates for genuine roles. You must not resell, scrape, bulk-export or share it with third parties, and must handle it in line with applicable data-protection law.
- Delete downloaded CVs when they are no longer needed for the purpose they were obtained.
Acceptable use
No false information, impersonation, harassment, automated scraping, or attempts to bypass security. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the accuracy of information supplied by users or for hiring decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Privacy and governing law
Our Privacy Policy explains how we use personal data. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
